As the sole operator behind OkiCore Solutions, I serve as the central point of coordination between clients, contractors, and subcontractors. My goal is to create an environment where communication flows easily, decisions are well-informed, and every moving part stays aligned with the client’s core objectives.
When I coordinate a project, I focus on:

• Managing schedules, deliverables, and dependencies to avoid delays and conflicts
• Facilitating open dialogue between culturally and professionally diverse teams, especially within U.S.–Japan project settings
• Identifying and resolving misalignments early — before they turn into roadblocks
