My

Story

I’m Michael Litteral, the founder of OkiCore Solutions, a construction consultancy based in Okinawa, Japan. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the industry, I’ve led and supervised multi-million dollar projects, coordinated with both U.S. and Japanese agencies, and contributed more than 200 hours in high-level planning and government meetings. My background includes quality control, site safety management, construction preparation meetings, and project administration — all areas where precision, communication, and accountability are vital.

 

OkiCore Solutions was created out of a vision to bridge cultural and operational gaps in the construction industry, especially where U.S. military, local Japanese contractors, and international project teams intersect. We specialize in streamlining compliance, enhancing site safety, and ensuring every project milestone is executed with care and clarity.

 

Our philosophy is simple: clarity builds confidence. Whether it’s on-site safety audits, quality assurance walkthroughs, or pre-construction planning sessions, I take pride in bringing structure, insight, and integrity to every project we support.
