With years of hands-on experience managing high-stakes construction projects, I take a proactive approach to Quality Control by:
• Ensuring all work complies with project specifications, U.S. government standards, and local Japanese regulations
• Identifying root causes of issues — not just quick fixes — and implementing lasting solutions
• Acting as a bridge between contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and shared expectations
• Keeping detailed records, conducting regular site walkthroughs, and holding all teams to the highest standard of performance
